    *Please note: due to a high volume of families and individuals in need of services, there will be fluctuations in the orientation schedule. If you wish to attend an orientation please call front desk to confirm next orientation at 717.397.0156.

    Orientations are held for TLC on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays (with the exception of some holidays) of every month at noon and 5:30pm. If work prevents you from attending a regularly scheduled orientation please call 717.397.0156 and you will be directed as to what procedure to follow.

    All questions are answered during orientation, as well as an application being filled out.

    A few answers to questions that are commonly asked:

    • You must be physically and mentally independent.
    • You must be living in, working in, or from Lancaster County.
    • You must be clean and sober.

    Orientation

    Caseworkers are certainly free to attend with their consumers/clients, and can call with any questions prior to orientation to see if the facility is appropriate for them.

    Procedures following orientation will be explained in detail at each orientation.
