Market View Apartments is permanent supportive housing for individuals and families with disabilities who are experiencing homelessness.

Who Qualifies for this Service?

Residents of Market View are generally from Lancaster County.
Residents must have a disability verified by a physician and be experiencing homelessness.

How to Get Started

• Individual/Families and Counselors/Agencies seeking service:

  Applicants need to complete an application for Market View Apartments which can be found below or by contacting Michelle Sauder at 717.358.9264.

  Documentation needed:
  • completed application
  • Signed Disability Verification Form
  • Verification of homelessness
  • ID and SS cards for all household residents
