Market View ApartmentsWhat are the Market View Apartments?Market View Apartments is permanent, supportive housing for individuals and families with disabilities who are experiencing homelessness. This program provides permanent housing coupled with on-site supportive services, including housing & budget counseling, to empower and equip tenants with the skills and disciplines necessary for long-term self-sufficiency. Residents are asked to participate in some activity at least 20 hours per week, participate with case-management & community-building services and set personal goals. Market View celebrates an atmosphere of family & new beginnings; residents take an active role in planning events & supporting each other. Program MissionThe mission of the Market View Apartments Program is to provide permanent, supportive housing for homeless persons living with disabilities, giving families the opportunity for growth & a new way of life. HistoryMarket View Apartments opened its doors in 2006 to provide permanent housing to individuals & families with disabilities who were experiencing homelessness. Supportive services are provided on-site to help residents continue toward self-sufficiency. Since the program began in 2006, all of the residents of Market View have successfully maintained permanent housing.
